for your convenience, we are holding rooms at deeply discounted rates at two nearby hotels.  in order to reserve a room and receive the special rate, you must call the hotel directly and mention 
the hare / balarezo wedding. 
rooms must be booked by august 1 
and are available for both saturday and sunday nights in limited quantities. 

on bellingham bay a small european luxury hotel located in downtown bellingham on the water, complete with spa and private moorage.

we are holding two types of rooms at the hotel bellwether. the executive water rooms are $184.00 on saturday and $164.00 on sunday night. the executive plaza rooms are $164.00 on saturday and $99.00 on sunday (an incredible rate!)

lakeway inn and conference center

a best western property that has been beautifully remodeled just off i5 and located closest to sudden valley. features indoor pool, fitness center and a fun martini bar. shuttle available to and from the wedding.

the lakeway inn is offering a room rate of $99.00 on saturday and $79.00 on sunday. however, they will not quote you the $79.00 rate for sunday over the phone. you must first book the room and then their system will override the $99.00 rate and the $79.00 rate will appear.

sudden valley rental properties

there are a limited number of deluxe fully furnished condominiums available at excellent rates.  Sunmark Realty no longer handles short-term rentals.  If you are interested in renting a condo at Sudden Valley please Email Stefanie Hare or call her at (260) 290-3377  Prices average between $90.00 & $125.00 per night.
